Do we have a stationary store?

No, we no longer have a stationary store. Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to collect orders from our warehouse. Welcome to our online store. We try to ship orders on the same or next business day to ensure the shipment arrives as quickly as possible.

How long does it take to return purchased products?

Can I order products for an already placed order?

Yes, if the previous order is not yet packed. Please place your order by selecting the "additional order - please add to the previous order" option in the deliveries.

How long does it take to receive the shipment?

We try to ship orders paid by BLIK, quick transfer and cash on delivery on the same or next business day. Orders paid by traditional transfer are shipped as soon as the payment is credited to our account.

Problems with payment?

If the selected payment has failed for some reason, you can make a traditional transfer to our account. Remember to enter the order number in the transfer title.

Can I send a gift directly to the recipient?

Yes, of course  Please enter the address of the person to whom it is to be delivered in the delivery address. We do not pack as gifts, but we try to ensure that the orders sent are aesthetically packaged. You can add information to your order that it is a gift so that we can be 'double vigilant'. Receipts and invoices are sent electronically to the provided e-mail address.

Do we have gift cards?

Yes, we have J  You can order a gift card from us with delivery by courier or in electronic version (we will then send it to the provided e-mail address). You can choose different voucher values: PLN 50, 100, 200 and 500. You can purchase several vouchers at the same time, e.g. if you want to spend PLN 150 on a gift, choose one voucher worth PLN 100 and another one worth PLN 50.

Do we ship orders abroad?

What to do if your dream product is currently unavailable?

If the product is currently unavailable and the inscription 'Notify me about availability' is displayed, please click the button and enter your email address under the product price and confirm the action by clicking 'Notify me when it is available'. You will receive an email from us as soon as the product arrives. :)

Can I exchange the product for another one?

Can I receive a VAT invoice?

Yes, it is possible to choose a VAT invoice instead of a receipt when placing an order.

However, if the order has already been placed for a natural person, unfortunately we cannot issue an invoice for the receipt.
